We were fortunate enough to have a couple for whom we had completed a loft to a child's bedroom remodel conversion a few years ago return to us recently. They were great to work with during the first project, and we loved that they returned to us for another small remodel so we could continue to be their "Personal Home Contractor."
Their home had a spacious living room off the front door, but as you started towards the kitchen, there was this quirky, undersized dining area. The client envisioned turning this space into an office, as they are now working from home. The space would be ideal for managing noisy children. It was a simple concept, and involving our designer benefited the project. Working as a team, our designer and client completed the design. We pulled the permits, and the project went smoothly. Best of all, it greatly impacted their quality of life.
