DECK & SKYLIGHT REPAIR

DECK REPAIR/REPLACEMENT PROJECTS

Leaking Deck
Replacement 80% Complete
One homeowner discovered their deck was leaking into their garage. We repaired the rot damage and installed a new waterproof deck.
Small Deck Before
Expanded Deck After
This homeowner wanted to increase the size of a deck, replace the wood planks with composite decking, replace the wood railings with aluminum railings, and add a cover/overhang to the deck. The end result is a low maintenance, long-lasting deck that is a perfect accompaniment to their updated exterior.

LEAK REPAIR

Before
After
A homeowner contacted us regarding a skylight that was leaking in their living room. Our technician visited the home and found that the flashing had failed. We replaced the flashing and then waited a few weeks to assure that the leak had stopped. Then we repaired the drywall on the interior. Now it looks as though the leak never happened.

Seattle has ten pre-approved plans that they claim the permitting department only needs 30 days to approve to issue a permit.
