My first remodel for the client was five years ago. At the time, she was a cancer survivor. Now her cancer is back, and she is once again fighting back. She decided to live the rest of her life in her home and now needed space for a live-in caregiver. The half bath, which had been converted to a laundry room, was now being converted back to a ¾ bath. The laundry room would move to the garage. The area outside of the bedroom with the LVP flooring would be part laundry, and the remainder would be for her crafts. She does pottery, stained glass, and painting. This extra room will help her to be able to have a separate workstation with lots of natural light. She began to stress over the budget, making us cut the project short before installing the quartz countertop and subway tile to the ceiling around the laundry area. The final paint color choice will be made by the Caregiver. There will be some bold accent wall(s).
