I had a leak near my skylight. It took a couple of tries to determine the cause, but now I have no water dripping from the ceiling after yesterday’s crazy rain/snow storm! While they were on the roof, they noticed and took care of a few little issues with my gutters. They were on time, walked me through what they were doing, and focused on the task at hand. Will be the first place I call when I need a professional to fix something.

Great. The gentleman that came out to help with tasks was on time, super friendly, and offered options based on materials (very different costs). I liked that he asked before just doing the most expensive thing. Very nice, will definitely hire again.

I would like to thank you for the recent work done by your team. The work was of excellent quality and the Pro, Andrey Antonyuk, of the best quality also. Andrey showed a real talent for preparing for the range of repairs I had asked for. He was very efficient in setting up for each of the tasks, doing the actual task in a confident manner, and cleaning up after he finished the job. He always seemed to be aware of my time, concerns I might have expressed, and his scheduling of each task. At the end of each day we discussed the next day’s schedule so that I was always aware of his plans. I really do appreciate that he spent the time doing this. He also appears to have talent in many different areas that I needed, including repairing a damaged ceiling, good carpentry in replacing a heavily damaged window box, and quality painting techniques. These organizational skills are not often found in today’s world. The kindness of the office staff is also greatly appreciated. Melanie was open when discussing at length my needs, how the work could be done, when and the estimated cost. Her estimates were ‘spot on’, as the British would say. Other members of the staff were also helpful when I had questions or changes in the schedule. I have been approached by several neighbors about the work being done and will certainly recommend your company should they ask. I also will call when in need of future repairs to my home.

To anyone considering a bathroom remodel, I highly recommend Shirey HomePro. The quality of the work done by Randy was excellent throughout. His tile work is outstanding. Every aspect of the work from planning to finish was supervised by the owner Jon. Weekly meetings detailing the steps completed and the plan for the coming week were very helpful in keeping expectations for the project timeline realistic, and promoted transparency throughout the entire project. Unanticipated issues discovered during the course of the project were handled professionally and increased cost estimates to remedy the issues were given for review and approval each time something came up. Ann in the office was extremely helpful in coordinating all the subs, ordering the materials, thus keeping the project on time, and always pleasant and available to answer questions. Despite the extra work required to remediate the unanticipated rot and unanticipated need to reroute a gas supply pipe in the wall, the project finished on schedule. The plumbing, electrical, flooring and shower glass subs were professional and did excellent work. We couldn’t be happier with the final result and highly recommend this company.
