Stephen has been our service coordinator since April 2023. He joined the Shirey Home Pro team because he thought it would be fun to learn more about the handyman and remodel industry. This is his first job working in the construction field, so the learning curve was challenging but rewarding.
As for what he is most talented at, communicating and building relationships with past and future clients is his specialty. He built his talent through 12 years of work experience in sales and project management and marketing certifications from University of Vermont and Google.
Stephen's responsibilities include scheduling, preparing estimates, building relationships with clients by listening to their wants and needs, preparing materials, and coordinating subcontractors. Learning everything about repairs and remodels has actually become Stephen's favorite aspect of his job.
Stephen believes that clients chose Shirey Home Pro because our team produces great work, has open communication with the clients, and goes the extra mile to produce dream results. In the next five years, he hopes to see the company grow off of a steady influx of high-quality projects.
