As a skilled Service and Remodel Carpenter, Junior Talai is an integral part of the team that completes big remodels. He also is involved with some of the service projects. He has been a part of the Shirey Home Pro team for two and a half years.
Junior chose to join the Shirey Home Pro team because he enjoyed using his carpentry skills and knowledge while learning new things. His favorite aspect of his job is that it allows him to meet and serve new people all the time. Also, he is passionate about the remodels he works on because he sees how much of a difference it makes in people’s lives, so being able to work on them every day is fantastic.
Junior is highly skilled at managing job sites, working with subcontractors, and identifying problems and solutions in the job site setting. His favorite skill is figuring out the solution to a problem on the job site by himself and learning something new from the situation. He believes that clients choose Shirey Home Pro because of the high-quality customer service and excellent quality of work.
Junior’s friends and family describe him as dedicated, easygoing, and hard-working. Outside work, he enjoys spending time with his children and grandchildren, volunteering, and traveling. He hopes to someday travel to Israel. He also serves as deacon and maintenance director of his church, which are positions he has held for about five years. His favorite holiday tradition is hosting Christmas and making his family’s traditional Samoan dish of coconut milk with taro leaves.
