Once upon a time, there lived a man named Glen. Glen lived in a beautiful Bellevue home—a regular-shaped home, not a shoe-shaped one. He lived peacefully for ages until one night, when clinks and clanks from the roof awakened him. Glen feared the worst – he feared Christmas critters took up occupancy in his chimney while resting between seasons. After calling Shirey Home Pro, Edgar came out to assess the situation. It was confirmed – RACCOONS! And rot!

The Jones home was built in 1966 and is 1958 square feet, with three bedrooms and two baths. They remodeled the kitchen, living room, family room, and laundry room. Each remodel included base and wall cabinets, new flooring, and electrical and plumbing work.

This was Shirey Home Pro's 5th annual pumpkin painting team bonding event. It's always a good time surprising the newbies as the veterans jump right in. Looks like we may have one artist among us? The rest of us shouldn't quit our day jobs. LOL

It’s been six months since we started the project, and now the Jones family will begin to see their dream come true. The contract was approved in mid-September, and the family was able to find a place to live during the construction. This step is beneficial and a time-saver for construction.

Longtime client Carole has enjoyed her view of the lake from her deck for years. As she sat there looking at the water, she often wondered how nice it would be if the deck were slightly narrower so that she could have an unobstructed view...

In anticipation of the Design team's specifications and drawing handoff, the Project Coordination team reviewed and selected a project template that most closely matched the Jones’ project. In the meantime, the Coordinator team was entering information provided during the design process.

We're entering the final design phase, about nine weeks since our initial design meeting at the Joneses' home. During that time, our design team had multiple in-person and virtual meetings with the Joneses to collaborate and develop this beautiful design.
